4D Facelift is a Fotona laser treatment that works in four steps, inside the mouth and on the surface of the skin. Gentle heat is delivered at different depths to support collagen and firmness, then the surface is refined for smoother, brighter-looking skin. There are no needles, injections or incisions.

What to expect
A session usually takes about an hour. Part of the treatment is done from inside the mouth, and you'll feel warmth and light snapping as we work. We'll talk you through each step before we start.
Downtime
4D Facelift is a minimal-downtime treatment rather than a no-downtime one. A standard 4D Facelift finishes with a light superficial peel, so redness, swelling, dryness or light flaking are possible. How much downtime you have depends on your skin's sensitivity, the treatment settings and how intensively the treatment is performed.

When will I see results?
Some people notice fresher-looking skin soon after treatment. Firmness builds gradually over the following months as collagen develops.
