What to expect at your first consultation

How your first visit works, what we'll ask about, and how to prepare.

Your experience begins with a personalized consultation where we take the time to understand your concerns, goals and expectations. We'll assess your skin, discuss treatment options and create a customized plan tailored to your individual needs.

Whether you're new to aesthetic treatments or looking to explore something different, our goal is to make you feel comfortable, informed and confident every step of the way.

Before you arrive

We recommend arriving with clean skin and minimal to no makeup, if possible. Bring a list or photos of your current skin care products and medications, and be prepared to share any previous aesthetic treatments or relevant medical history.

It also helps to think about your skin concerns and treatment goals ahead of time, so we can make the most of your consultation.

During your visit

We take the time to listen, understand your concerns and get to know you. We'll review your health history, including any medical conditions or medications that may influence which treatments are safe and appropriate for you.

Our team will assess your skin, answer your questions and discuss the options best suited to your needs. Sometimes the answer is a single treatment. Often it's a combination of treatments over time. And sometimes the best recommendation is simply adjusting your home skin care routine, with no treatment at all.

Our goal is to give you honest, personalized recommendations that are right for you.

Your plan

Before you leave, you'll know what we recommend and why, how many sessions it may take, what downtime to expect, and what it will cost. There's no pressure to book on the spot. Take the plan home, think it over, and come back with questions.

Questions worth asking

  • What results are realistic for my skin?
  • How will my skin look in the days after treatment?
  • What should I avoid before and after?
  • How will we know it's working?
